Extremely unprofessional and rude. I called Cardoz to enquire, and the person on the phone spoke to me in a very rude and disrespectful manner. Absolutely pathetic attitude - no basic courtesy or professionalism. Disgusting experience. Would never recommend dealing with someone like this.

There's an old man who sits at the Cardoz counter - and honestly, he's the last person who should be dealing with customers. Rude, obnoxious, and completely lacking in basic manners. He talks loudly, behaves arrogantly, and makes the entire experience uncomfortable. In just a short time, I saw him be disrespectful to multiple customers. It's almost like he's carrying around his personal frustrations and dumping them on anyone who shows up. Miserable, insecure energy - and it shows. If he's going through something, I get it, but that doesn't excuse this kind of behavior in a customer-facing role. The guy clearly doesn't know how to speak to people with respect. It's embarrassing, honestly. Someone really needs to tell him: either fix your attitude, or leave the counter. No one wants to deal with that nonsense.
