I had one of the worst experiences at this car wash. I booked and prepaid through their app, but on arrival, the staff first refused service saying the machine wasn’t working. Only after I showed my confirmed booking did they agree — clearly they were trying to avoid honoring the booking. The wash itself was pathetic. A quick pressure wash, wiped in under 2 minutes, and the car was still left dirty with mud marks and stains. I even left feedback on their app and even mailed blueverse on their support mail id but nobody even cared to responded. Totally unprofessional, poor service, and a waste of ₹500. I will never return here and strongly advise others to avoid. I will also attach pictures of the car after their so-called wash.
