We had a very good experience at Mahatma Gandhi Hospital. My mother was admitted for BP and sugar-related treatment, and the doctors, nurses, and staff took exceptional care of her throughout her stay. The service was prompt, professional, compassionate, and patient-focused. They monitored her condition closely, explained everything clearly, and ensured she received timely treatment and attention. A special thank you to Respected Dr. Ayesha and Dr. Girish for their expertise, dedication, and reassuring support. We are also grateful to all the nurses, sisters, housekeeping staff, and support team for treating us with kindness, respect, and dignity. Their caring attitude made a difficult time much easier for our family. The hospital is very clean, hygienic, and well-equipped with modern medical facilities. The emergency response, patient care, cleanliness, and overall hospital management were excellent. The staff was attentive, cooperative, and always ready to help. We truly appreciate the quality healthcare services provided by Mahatma Gandhi Hospital. I called in the morning to check doctor availability for the evening so I could plan my work, but the staff was rude and asked me to call again later. Basic courtesy and helpful communication are expected Otherwise evening staff is very calm and good And the treatments also are up to the mark.
