Best bun maska I've had. The tea is also on point and goes superbly with the crisp buns. The keema pav was also fantastic. I wis I had a bigger appetite to try out th4 other items. Only drawback I felt was the price was a bit on thr higher side. But if you're in Bombay for only a few days, this place is worth every penny.

"Goodluck Cafรฉ โ Bandra's timeless classic has been my childhood haunt for Kheema-Kulcha, Haleem, and Bun Maska-Chai for as long as I can remember. Itโs still one of the few places where you can get that authentic, old-school taste. Just a note โ the Kheema here is traditionally made with b**f, so if you prefer a different meat, make sure to specify when ordering. They have Seekh Kababs and other good selections off their menu too but my personal favourites will always be the Kheema, Haleem, and that comforting Bun Maska-Chai. Their Chicken Berry Pulao is an absolutely amazing and is a special they only serve over the weekends."โ๏ธ๐ฅ @clockwerkgoblin_pangolin @alexanderslodge_waichinvalley

This place is Right opposite to mehboob studio. The vibe of the place and waiters is completely negative. .... We were denied REGULAR water and he was forcing us to by packed mineral water. Also he first said there was no glass which he can give for cold drink and you have to drink from bottle Waiters are quite rude as may be their restorant policy. Pav which was served was very hard though the waiter claimed it was bought in fresh from bakrey. Apart from khemma nothig is good

The service here is downright rude and unprofessional. While I personally was treated fine, their behavior with other customers was unacceptable. They have a policy stating that if youโre only having tea and bun maska, youโre not allowed to sit at the tables. One customer who wasnโt aware of this was rudely removed, and witnessing such arrogant and disrespectful conduct really made me question whether I should spend money and support them. As for the food: The garlic bread was soft and good. The keema pav and bhurji were very okayishโnothing special. The tea and bun maska were good, but thatโs about it. Overall, with such a poor experience, Iโm giving this place 1 star.

A friend's scouring of places and suggestions bought us to the Good Luck Restaurant, in Bandra. It is situated right next to Mehboob Studio, at a busy junction in Bandra. The place is more known for it's breakfast dishes, and is usually crowded. The ambience is vintage, takes you back to the old Bombay nostalgia, and the menu is typically Parsi. They have a small convenience store as well. The food is a mix of typical Bombay Parsi and middle eastern. We were pretty hungry, and started off with a bunch of pavs and kheema fry beef. Served piping hot, the crunchy pavs go wonderfully well with the spicy beef kheema. Next we ordered, the kheema ghotala beef, which had more of an egg consistency. I personally liked the kheema fry more than the kheema ghotala. Next up was the lovely chicken shawarma, with generous amounts of chicken and mayo. The flagship dish of this place is the bun maska accompanied by Irani chai which soon followed suit. A few mutton samosas later, we ordered the final dish of the day - more crunchy pavs with Chicken Handi, upon the recommendation of the waiter. It was a tad bit disappointing compared to the earlier dishes. Overall, the food gets a healthy rating of 4/5, the vintage ambience another 4/5. Service was pretty fast as we were one of only 3 tables at 8PM on a Friday evening. A great visit if you're in the area, and are looking for a filling meal at a reasonable price.
