Visited this store a few weeks back. Went to buy some shoes for my wife for a gift to take back to America. I was served by this horrible young assistant man name was Jagx. Very rude, with no manners thinks he knows it all. Will definitely not shop here again when I'm visiting Mumbai. His English was very poor. For the life of me I don't know how he got a job.

I tried reaching them out on Instagram, Mail no revert from there too. Such POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE team by Steve Madden. Got shoes for me and it was v bad experience. First time I got it, all stitches started coming off. They said I need to go for bigger size and took extra money for change it. Then this one also started getting damaged within 2 months, and this time they repaired it by adding additional sole inside which makes it non wearable as my foot doesn't go inside the shoe.. Horrible experience and that because they really don't know how make shoe as they just know how to do marketing..!!

The saleman are Frauds here!!! It has been a horrible experience for me. The team has been charging extra money. My money got deducted once and they lied that they have not received it. They forcefully made me pay again claiming that my refund will be done. It has more than 1 month today and I haven't received any money. They have been constantly lying and deceiving.
