Warning : I thought itโs a good brand but turned out that they have the worst after sales policies. I bought a new shoe and left the paper box at the shop to avoid bulky package. Now the shoe is giving shoe bite and they refuse to exchange / replace DUE TO MISSING BOX !!!

I visited Onitsuka Tiger Mumbai on 29th January to purchase slip-ons and was quite disappointed with the unprofessional behaviour of the lady sales staff, which made the entire visit unpleasant. No customer should feel judged or dismissed while shopping, especially at a reputed brand.This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Because of this experience, we decided not to make the purchase. I hope management take this feedback seriously and address this to maintain the brandโs reputation.

I have been a regular customer and have always appreciated how warm, professional, and courteous your earlier team was. Unfortunately, my recent experience was completely different and quite disappointing. On 19th January 2026, I visited your store to purchase a pair of shoes. The attitude of one of the sales staff members (a lady) was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. Her behaviour was rude and dismissive, which made the entire experience uncomfortable. No customer would appreciate being treated this way. What made this even more upsetting was that it was my birthday, and I had come to the store in a happy mood, expecting a pleasant shopping experience. Sadly, this incident completely ruined that moment for me. I feel the service quality has drastically declined compared to earlier, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that such experiences are not repeated with other customers. I sincerely hope the management looks into this matter and ensures better training and customer service standards going forward.

Worst experience I've had at a store. I was firstly given damaged shoes and on being promised a replacement in 10 days, no one called or bothered to revert. After finally followup myself, the store personnel have lies consistently that the person responsible is on their week-off or in the washroom and never available to attend calls. After promising to have the shoe picked up and the new one delivered today, the person who seems to be the source of all these lies (Kalpesh) and the store manager both are on their week-offs again, leaving me in a lurch. Never shopping from this store and I urge anyone reading this to not purchase Onitsuka shoes in general considering the approach the brand has to customer centricity. Shame People like Kalpesh drive away business from your brand
