They provide rental home, 20 to 25% higher than they market price, after bargenin they will provide you rental home in 15% higher reducing only 5-10% rate, landlord get full brokrage, tenant to pay full rent yearly, Baseless dealer, shameless. They provide home without repair anything just colour the home to hide their broken things, and landlord also their clients and when tenant complaint it to landlord, they will say it's happened after you came and you have to repair broken things. All these cheap people just plunder the tenants. After all payment they didn't listen and solve tenants problem with landlord. They provide old property without repairing, and demand high rental for that. Please don't go to this broker, all the higher star/rating giving people must be their relatives and friends. Instead contact your relatives and get rental deal done. They will talk the way that they provide higher rented home in cheap price. All these are just to show off. I REQUEST YOU ALL DON'T GO TO THIS PROPERTY DEALER. Instead make contact your relatives and get rented home with good deal. This will save your brokrage. Because the tenant knows the value of money.

They gave property on rent higher than market rate. Despite paying 12 months' rent in advance and commission well before time, they did not provide flat on time. When I called Advocate Chavan and told to return my full rent as I didn't get flat on time, she told me to pay one month rent to cancel agreement. I must say all 5 stars given here are fake. Don't trust this fake rating. Don't contact this agent. You will suffer a lot. To answer your reply: when I approached for the property shown on portal, they told me property is not available now and offered me other property. For delay, it was agreed well before 2 weeks when full payment was done to give property on said date. But you and landlord took it very lightly to give possession on time. When we raised our concern and asked to give our rent back then only you and landlord came to action and vacated property. Why should we pay one month rent when we had not got property on time mentioned in agreement?
