Says open 24 hrs. When I called they said only available on Saturdays for joshaa counselling help, what stupidness is this?! Then he proceeded to cut the call on my face and didn't pick any further calls. Overall rude, unresponsive, not worth it

I requested an offline appointment, which he agreed to, and he asked me to complete the online formalities, including taking a test that took a considerable amount of my time. After I finished the test and booked an offline appointment through the link he provided, he called me around 9:55 pm and started shouting at me for booking an offline session. He told me I was too dumb to understand that there is no difference between online and offline, and said I was too hodgepodge and unorganised in my preparation, solely because I insisted on an offline appointment. He then insisted that I should make the payment for an online session and that no offline appointment would be possible. Because of this entire interaction, a significant amount of my time was wasted, and my state of mind was disrupted for the entire night. For whatever it’s worth, this man should not feel entitled to walk all over desperate youth who are trying their best to build their future. PS: I am still waiting for you to send me the test results on which I invested a considerable amount of my time. Remember you said before cutting the call.
