I had a healthy experience with the Clinic "Restore" and physiotherapist "Shraddha Khot". She explains everything very clearly and focuses on exercises and proper movement rather than depending mainly on machines. She carefully monitors every exercise, corrects posture and technique, and ensures everything is done the right way. Her patient, professional, and hands-on approach made a significant difference in my recovery. Highly recommended for anyone seeking quality physiotherapy treatment.

I approached dr shraddha for discomfort in the upper back...
I approached dr shraddha for discomfort in the upper back due to poor posture and lifting weights. She understood my concern exactly and after 2 sessions I was already feeling better. She also suggested exercises and after 5 sessions - the discomfort disappeared. I would highly recommend her!
