I went to Mumbai as a solo female traveller in May 2019 with 2 nights booked not knowing anyone or much about the city. I saw Bombay walks advertised at my hostel and thought I would check it out for the evening to introduce me to the city. I ended up staying and extra night and booking a tour with Arpan everyday as I had so much fun and made my way around the city like a local on the trains, tuk tuks and walking. I ate street food and was shown the history of Mumbai. Arpan was fun, respectable and knowledgable about Mumbai and India. He gave me help with the rest of my trip, recomending Udaipur and booking my flights for my. He also has great insite into hostels throughout the country! Great guy, couldn't recommend him more

Mumbai, it’s a city I’ve ‘visited’ many times however I wouldn’t say I had experienced the localities until I booked myself on the fabulous walking tour with Arpan. Bombay walks allowed tourists to experience the pockets of the city in detail and depth. Arpan is extremely knowledgable about the various different neighbourhoods of mumbai. The tour takes you through various areas of the crazy city. He will point out all the landmarks, highlights and he definitely knows some of mumbai’s best hidden coffee spots😉. You can ask him a million questions and he will patiently give you all the answers. Leaving you in awe of how Mumbai comes together chaotically. The tour had been designed to give tourists like myself a taster of this metro. I would highly recommend it! Our bilingual Arpan can share his stories in English, Hindi, Marathi and Marwari :) I look forward to returning to Mumbai soon and participating in many other walks!
