DESCRIPTION
We provide shared accommodation in the hostel, 3 to 4 students in one room. There is only an accommodation facility. No food facility in hostel premises. No Wifi in the hostel. Hostel gates open at 6am & close at 11pm daily. We have a 6 months period of admission, charges for the same are Rs.27140/- & Rs.5000/- will be charged as Refundable Security Deposit. Fees will not be refunded in any case, once paid. Fees will not be accepted in installments.

They portray themselves as disciplinarian but it's regressive in nature to expect legal adults to follow out-of-date rules. I understand that Mumbai has a housing issue and every place with accommodation will be sought after, but that does not mean you impose regressive ideologies and restrictive rules (these rules would be illegal in any developed country) on desperate students. The students will find like minded peers but they're students - if you can't provide food then don't expect them to come back in by 11pm if they're working, studying or enjoying during class vacations. The horrendous management are unresponsive but also have no boundaries and clearly flout individual privacy for nosy 'checks' and curfews - having experienced hostels in other countries as well while studying with totally responsible cultures, RSM has a suffocating culture with no respect for freedom, boundaries and artistic expression. The facilities are cramped, barely adequate furnishing, no kitchen to cook healthy food as a student and have below average hygiene levels with minimal maintenance. If you care for your/ your child's mental health I suggest you look elsewhere. I know people (like me) who were kicked out on to the streets within the day for trivial reasons to stroke the management's ego and power complex and you're risking your accommodation, in a crucial academic time, to the whims and fancies and a rigid megalomania of the crazy family run intrusive management.
