I had a very disappointing experience at Vital clinic. My doctor recommended a CT Enterography whole abdomen after an ultrasound showed small cyst like lesions in my liver. I got the CT scan done here, which costed me ₹11,000, but the report I received was almost identical to my ultrasound report, with no new or detailed findings. When I questioned this and requested a reevaluation or clarification, the staff completely ignored my request. Later, when I consulted my gastroenterologist, he clearly mentioned that the CT report was not clear, not detailed, and didn’t justify the cost or purpose of the test. It was also concerning that the clinic staff asked for my ultrasound report after doing the CT scan, and then the final CT report contained the same remarks this raised serious doubts about how my scan was handled. It was also very clear that the radiologist named Nitin Agrawal handling my case lacked proper knowledge and attention. It seemed the radiologist did not have the expertise to analyse or explain the findings properly. A professional radiologist is expected to study the case carefully and provide a clear detailed report which did not happen here. It’s heartbreaking to see how Vital clinic takes advantage of patients who trust them during a difficult time. For the amount charged, I expected a properly evaluated and transparent report, not copy paste results and unresponsive behavior. I’m sharing this review so that other people don’t go through the same experience and verify radiologist before doing any expensive test.
