The first call from the lab I received today morning made...

The first call from the lab I received today morning made my day. Very prompt from first point of contact till the end when I got the reports. The staff at the counter and the nursing staff were courteous. To top it all, both the doctors Dr Smita and D. Kimbhavi answered my queries with patience. Last but not the least, I got the reports on the same day . This saved me the second trip to the lab. I must mention that the washroom was clean, neat and tidy. I will surely recommend the centre for the overall performance. Thanks a lot and keep up the good work!
