My recent experience at Trupti Sweet & Farsan was extremely disappointing and concerning. If you are visiting based on positive experiences from the past, please be cautious. This place no longer maintains the same quality or standards. I would strongly advise against bulk purchases, whether for personal use or for gifting to friends and family. I bought a bulk quantity of Banana (Kela) Mari wafers, but the items I received were clearly old stock. The wafers were stale, overly oily, poorly seasoned, and some packets even contained leftover yellow banana wafers mixed in. This clearly indicated a lack of quality control and freshness. When I tried to raise this issue, the owner, Bhavesh Patel, did not respond to any calls/WhatsApp or follow-ups, which was extremely unprofessional. The staff member present at the store, Jainishbhai, was also unusually rude, something I have never experienced before in the food industry. Despite sharing proof and following up multiple times, they refused to acknowledge the issue or replace the products. Overall, this experience reflects poor product quality, rude behavior, and a complete lack of accountability. I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable quality or trustworthy service.
