Doctor Durve was recommended to me by my acquaintance. Being an emergency, I pleaded the receptionist to wait for sometime .I assured her that I will be there before 8 pm but she was adamant that I should reach there before 7.45 pm . I checked on "Just dial" which showed doctor's timings were till 8 pm and I was staying 10 minutes away. I called the clinic at 7.35 and told her I will be there before 8 pm but she did not pay heed to my plea and asked me to comeback the next day. Doctor Durve it was an emergency, I couldn't have troubled you otherwise. I was shocked at the receptionist's tone. My relative was struggling with burn injury below the knee from last 8 days. She couldn't come by 7.45 as she is unable to walk. So I requested the receptionist with the above request
