I recently had an experience with Saji Motors that left me disappointed. I had enquired about purchasing an Innova Crysta, and we agreed on a deal for ₹16 lakhs. I paid a token amount of ₹1 lakh via UPI. However, due to unforeseen personal financial issues, I had to cancel the deal. Unfortunately, there was no prior agreement about cancellation terms, but the owner deducted a hefty 30% (₹30,000) from my token amount before refunding the rest. I was not given a say in this decision, which felt unfair and arbitrary. While I understand there may be a need for deductions in such situations, I expected a minimal deduction and more transparency in the process. I would advise others to ensure clear terms and conditions are discussed and documented before proceeding with any payments at Saji Motors.

Thanks Saji Motors for the car. The instructions & explaination of the car was on point & direct. Would recommend my family & friends for buying a second hand car. Important point is that they provide 6 months guarantee for engine & gearbox. This is one of the point which many dealers are not providing.
