I booked the place for a stray cat’s lodging. The cat was well looked after by the staff. The staff was very warm, gentle and friendly to the cat. The lodging place also maintains hygiene and cleaned the litter tray.

Had a pathetic experience. Let me elaborate, When we first arrived there was an shitzu which started barking and they let him bark and we had to stand outside for few minutes even with appointment then after the grooming, we had to wait outside only because there was an dog alre which too started barking and they wouldn’t stop that too, so at the same time one dog with her owner started barking at my GSD and he did the same, the owner of the klub k9 stood still beside me, waiting for the payment!!! Didn’t even helped a bit and at that time I was very sure, they were just revenue centric and nothing at all, a little bit of help would’ve saved my iphone from an cracked screen and hell lot of drama over there but a kind lady with her kid, she came to help and eventually somehow I made the payment and left from there. Will not visit this place ever again!!
