Our experience at the hospital was very good overall. The hospital is extremely clean, hygienic, and well-maintained. The doctors, nurses, and support staff were kind, caring, and always ready to help, which made a difficult time much easier for us.One suggestion for improvement would be to have fixed visitor timings. During our stay, visitors were allowed until around 11 p.m., and the constant movement and noise made it difficult for patients to get the rest they needed. A stricter visitor policy would help create a quieter and more comfortable environment for recovery.Apart from this, we truly appreciate the care and support provided by the entire team. Thank you.

My grandfather was admitted with a serious brain hemorrhage and received treatment in the ICU followed by care in the general ward. We are grateful to the doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and support staff for their efforts throughout his recovery. The medical team explained his condition, monitored him closely, and provided timely treatment and physiotherapy. The nursing staff was supportive and responsive to our concerns. We especially appreciate the guidance provided for home care, feeding tube management, and follow-up plans. Thank you to the entire team for their dedication, care, and professionalism during a difficult time for our family.
