I have been a regular customer of A2Z Laundry in Sahkar...
I have been a regular customer of A2Z Laundry in Sahkar Nagar for the past seven years. Unfortunately, the quality of their customer services has declined significantly in recent times. An employee who identified himself as Kuldeep was extremely rude and lacked basic courtesy. When I raised a concern about a delayed delivery (5 days), Kuldeep responded dismissively, saying, “Itna paise mein isse accha service nahi milega” (You won’t get better service for this price). Other previous employees were really good and friendly. It would be better if the contact number of the management or owner is displayed at the shop so that such misbehaviour can be reported immediately by customers.
