My experience at TBIL Andheri for IELTS Academic was extremely poor. The teacher, Shanthi, was uninterested in teaching and seemed focused only on her breaks and personal comfort. Classes were cancelled repeatedly in the first week due to her leaves, wasting crucial preparation time. When I asked for extra help as my exam was close, I was refused permission to even sit in the classroom or outside to practice during her lunch break, which is completely unprofessional. There was almost no actual teaching—students were told to solve standard books easily available online, while she conducted online classes simultaneously. This institute appears purely money-oriented with no concern for student outcomes. I would strongly advise students serious about IELTS to avoid this place.
