I had a terrible experience with Urban Platter. I purchased boba and cake, which were completely inedible. When I went back to the store to return them, Manager Vedant outright refused to take them back because they were “opened.” How else am I supposed to know if the products are bad without tasting them? Does Urban Platter expect customers to return sealed items without even checking if they’re fit for consumption? The fact that I took the trouble to travel all the way back should have been proof enough that the products were substandard, yet the store refused to take responsibility. Urban Platter charges premium prices, but clearly, there is no quality control whatsoever. How do such terrible products even make it to the self. Horrible experience.
