They don't give response early. They said they will return deposit in a week but its about to be 2 weeks but didn't receive yet. The lady at reception is not aware of anything. If you ask her for something she will give you response- I don't know ask security. I'm only the receptionist. Once i was not well asked for warm water as water cooler was not working. The canteen people denied to give.

1. Ywca is cheap which is a pro but it surely has alot of cons compared to pros . Firstly they take 10k deposit during the admission and says will give you that back whenever we leave hostel after completing 1 year. Then they delay giving the deposit by 2-3 months and this wasn't enough they cut that by saying some fine and stuff which is totally untrue. 2. Hostel canteen's condition is very bad & very unhygienic. 3. Unhygienic canteen wasn't enough the person running that canteen is very very rude and shouts at girls for no reason. His name is Surender Puttaram. He humiliate girls for no reason and treats us as if we some beggars or something. 4. Apart from that water issue is major problem there . There were no water for 4 months straight and they weren't even doing anything to solve that problem. Think like 100 girls living with no water think about the sanitary conditions of those girls . It's was so difficult during the mensuration we didn't have or any and struggled to maintain basic hygiene. 5. Don't even get me started on warden. Her name is Vidhula . She is always yelling and shouting at girls for no reason. And whenever we went to her regarding any problem she will taunt us by saying guys are paying nothing and then u want all the amenities. I'm like we didn't ask you to charge us so less firstly it's you who is charging so less and apart from that they get compensation on our behalf from the government to run such schemes they only money to throw parties and conduct their festivities but when there is a crisis they will say they don't have money to solve an issue which will hardly cost them 50K but they do have money to buy cars like Safari and SUV and Scorpio and XUV which we all know cost more than 15-20 lakhs

Not good staf is in hostel one lady is totally mental issues her name is Vidhuta' not good behaviour with people she talking attitude and teling shouting actually y w c a always changeig their staff so it is happening may be she has to go mental hospital, and one more think they provide courses but force to anyone to do this course and after they will not giving certificate so I have done 3 courses,vidhuta teling me' I was not here and I can't give you certificate I paid fees off course and certificate she showing g me attitude and shouting the mental lady maybe she Vidhuta

This hostel is extremely distressing. There are frequent water shortages, and management is slow to address complaints. Additionally, the cafeteria serves minimal portions, such as just one small cup of sprouts. Do you think we are on some kind of a diet wherein you will serve us a small cup of sprouts and expect us to survive on that. Breakfasts are considered to be the most important meal of the day and this is what the cafeteria serves. It is also frustrating that despite whether you plan to eat or not, you're still required to pay the cafeteria fee. This place is killing me as each day goes by 🤡💀
