Dr. Hardik is a bright and exemplary doctor. Iโve lived in several cities and countries around the world, and I wouldnโt hesitate to say Dr. Hardik is the best GP Iโve had. Unfortunately I donโt live in Mumbai, so I only get to visit him when Iโm in town. His sharpness and willingness to take time to answer questions and explain the what why and how is a welcome change from the norm.
Dr Hardik Kharwa has been exceptionally patient and empathetic in all his interactions with me and my family, towards caregiving for my mother, a brain stroke patient. He has answered all my relentless questions with detailed explanations and has provided very practical and relevant medical advice, several times. It gives us a lot of peace of mind to have him available at a phone call and for home visits as well. Thank you for the service you provide. While I would wish no one ever has the need for critical home care for their loved ones, but if you do find yourself in such a situation, it would be prudent to have Dr Kharwa and his team by your side. Dr. Hardik diagnoses well and considers patient history warmly. He also explains stuff in detail and takes the patient in confidence which is very rare. Best physician. PHE Clinic is fluid in operations. Dr. Sandeep helped me recover chronic knee pain. Would highly recommend.
There are very few times when you come across doctors who...
There are very few times when you come across doctors who score very high on empathy, people skills and deep knowledge. Dr. Hardik is one of them and we have been incredibly happy to have been associated with him and Dr. Nila through PHE Services. My mother underwent a very severe & critical form of illness and needed extra special care and a hospital set-up at home. Dr Hardik was very upfront from the beginning about informing us of the services offered by PHE Clinic and that we may choose to go for partial services or none at all, if we wished. His straightforward communication was highly appreciated. PHE clinic staff set up the required equipment at home. They were extremely professional and prompt. My mother was extremely happy with his recommendation of the DVT pump for her legs which helped her in her initial stages of recovery. On his initial visit, Dr. Hardik thoroughly reviewed her health history, offered reassuring counsel about her gradual recovery, and provided valuable advice based on her extended hospital stay. He was always available to respond to any queries or emergency needs we had after she was brought home. Owing to her critical condition, we had a very difficult stint at the hospital for many weeks. It was mentally taxing for all of us as a family. My mother (as the patient) and we (as the caregivers) needed some extra support & reassurance - which Dr. Hardik provided extremely well. He also recommended additional non-invasive tests to deep-dive and diagnose the root cause of her health condition at a time when she was weak & we could not do any other invasive tests. He also advised us on matters beyond his scope of work - which included sharing info on train/air ambulance services and evaluating our needs versus the costs we may need to incur, etc. What stands out the most is his willingness to support and advise us even after we disengaged with PHE Clinic for their services and moved to a different city!! This exhibits the highest level of medical expertise and compassionate care! Thank you Doctor!
