My elderly parents and I have been using this lab for most of our blood work since at least 4 years or so. Technician Surpiya Ghadi from Dr. Phadke Lab Lokhandwala, Andheri West, is excellent at her work. She is kind, polite, professional, helpful, and skilled at blood collection. The reporting with graphs over a period are helpful to know one's health progress. The reception staff are polite and answer queries. Keep up the good work!

Jyoti Yadav was the pathologist who helped me with my tests, and I am pleased to say it was a seamless and painless process, and not a rushed process at all. She is polite, courteous and very professional individual in her field of work. She was happy to explain the process to me along with the benefits of the packages and the selection process. Five Stars for Supriya Ghadi Ma'am (working with Agilus Dr Phadke lab, Andheri West) who has been coming for my son’s sample collection and she is truly excellent. She is always on time, very sweet, kind, and extremely professional. Her calm approach makes the whole process much easier. Really appreciate her dedication and the comfort she provides during every visit. On the other hand...... The service at Agilus Dr Phadke lab, Lokhandwala Market, Andheri West, has been very disappointing. They are EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL —calls are never picked up, and there is no response even after multiple attempts. I’ve had to book tests through the technician every single time because the lab staff simply don’t attend calls. This lack of basic customer service is unacceptable and needs improvement.
