Gave car for just basic coolant flush oil filling cleaning and created problems that were none existent and tried to charge avoid them at all cost when called them absouloutely lied that it was there before also

I had a problem with the AC of my car and got connected to Lalit Singh from Go Mechanic who was very polite and understanding. He said the mechanic within few minutes to my house and solved the problem. He also solved a central lock problem after checking. I was happy with Lalit and go mechanic even though I found it a little expensive but I needed to get the AC fixed in this heat.

Pathetic service. Lot of dust,stain and mud was still there and when I gave feedback they urged and forced their logic to believe me that they are right. It was a very simple ask that mud flap was still muddy, fender was still dirty, even all door hinges has dust and wet dust. Forget about water they didn't even mopped/wiped it properly. Also they charged extra rupees and not as per the app. Will not recommend this to anyone iand if possible I will make everyone aware about this unprofessional and rude behaviour. Talking about interior, the sides of hand break has paper and dust, also beneath the driving seat. Overall waste of money and feeling like duped.

The service was very good and the colour quality was fantastic. I recommended everyone to go there and do your workshop. Abhishek rajak was very kind and,I found the pricing very affordable

Worst service possible. Had a very bad experience with these so called go mechanic buddy as they refer to themselves. I had opted for 360 spa treatment for my car . My car was returned to me 1.30 minutes without any work done. Just a basic wash and very bad services. Not recommended at all. Its a fraud company . Even after escalating the issue nothing has been done. Its was a waste of time and money. Dont ever take any service from them. They dont care.this service was done in andheri east centre.
