The worst service ever I have applied for policy cancellation and asked for refund on 29-05-2026. No refund has been received till date that is 18.06.2026 Also staff is not upadting with the status of the same. Today after calling customer care they told me that policy is not expired till date

Very disappointing experience with this insurance company. The staff behaviour was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Even after paying full premiums, during claim settlement they approved only half the amount and asked us to pay the remaining expenses ourselves. The process was stressful and poorly managed. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Won’t even feel like giving this insurance company 1 star — in fact, it deserves negative stars. Extremely disappointing service, unprofessional staff, and a horrible claim process. They only approve part of the insured amount and force customers to pay the remaining expenses themselves. Very poor experience overall.

The staff inside the office are working fine, but it's incredibly difficult to reach them by phone or connect with them online. No one answers the phone, even if you call a hundred times. They should at least have someone available to answer calls and address customer inquiries. For 5 minutes of work I had to travel 2 hours just because they didn't picked up the phone and solved the query. Please improve this there are many customers who cannot operate online or send email.

I have continually provided every document for almost 3 years regarding death insurance claim which was rejected without informing with countless visit to the bank and money spent for documents and travel it's a totally disappointment and i regretting trusting the company
