My claim papers were submitted on 25th May -24 Today on 21st August even after almost 3 months neither any settlement is reached nor any news from the Insurance co. Totally negligent. Insurance agent through whom the Policy was taken is just not bothered & gives all sorts of excuses for the delay. -------------------------------- None of the phone nos given in the Policy Schedule or in the list given by the AGENT are operative. Most of the time the message is " pl check the number you have dialled" OR "the number does not exist".

The claim company is not helpful and takes unnecessary time even if proper documents are submitted and intentional delay is done . Pls look for another insurance company

It's located in very posh bldg. I have been associated to New india assurance for years we have Mediclam policy. But sorry to say services given by the company is very bad. We lost our policy & all the benefits because company didn't give us reminder mail. So before taking think whether u are in safe hands I lost all my bonus accumulate from years. Now new policy taking from them I have think. 10 times. Because today public need best service . When they pay huge premium I was paying 40 thousands for family policy they say we don't send reminder to any one. When a customer pay he has right to get best service. This bldg can been seen from road , accessibility ♿ is there they have a ramp next to bus stop side. Being digital still the company is loosing policy they don't send reminder it takes 1 minute to send reminder & click but they never send reminder to there agent nor client company loose client they are not bother because they get government salary . See how private companies works
