Disappointing and Unprofessional Service I am writing to share my feedback regarding the service I received on my car booking Unfortunately, the experience was highly unprofessional. I wasted 4 weeks by booking my car with this showroom. Faced issue right with the colour selection absolutely zero sense of responsibility from the staff here. No communication nothing with the customer, even after 4 weeks there is no update regarding car progress. Mr ashish my sales executive left the job but i was not awear of this until one day I directly went to the showroom to talk with him . Finally after 4 weeks I have decided to cancel my booking Absolutely disappointed with service and the attitude of the staff here . We are booking a car boss not a mobile phone . Immediately refund of my booking amount will be be highly appreciated Good customer service is vital, and unfortunately, your team fell incredibly short during this interaction. I hope management takes steps to retrain their staff on how to treat customers.
