Poor experience, overall. I was not even presented with a Bill of Receipt. shockingly unprofessional behavior. Food didnt taste fresh. Discount was not clear either based on what was mentioned on Zonato Gold App. Very BAD handling.

Had ordered their pistachio raspberry croissant, spanish latte and a sourdough mushroom melt sandwich. All of them were delicious and served well in time. The presence of water bottles and a glass at every table impressed us, especially during summer. The place has both indoor and outdoor seating with almost everyone choosing to work from the place. Ordering process was simple and smooth. Washroom was tidy and clean. There are stray dogs near the entrance and most of the adjacent shops were closed on a weekday morning

The staff is ridiculous, unprofessional, unethical and inhuman. A customer makes a statement “yaha pe Kaise log aate hai” when cross questioned the customer apologised but, the staff says okay no problem you may go. How can the staff listen to a customer making such statement for another customer? What kind of training is provided to BLUE TOKAI•s staff ? Will never ever suggest anyone to go to this place at Oshiwara there are better places please look for somewhere where you get decent trained professional staff And inspite of multiple calls where they promise their senior would get back, not to my surprise no one gets back. Because everyone believes the statement made is correct which makes me feel where are we heading? Inspite of the Link shared no one is really bothered. I feel people are encouraged to pass statements against anyone without any guilt or fear, Thanks for this dignity and respect Blue Tokai team.

This place has such a cozy vibe. I loved just sitting here with my coffee and relaxing for a bit. The coffee was really good and the overall ambience felt very calm and aesthetic. Definitely a nice spot for some “me time” or casual catch-ups.💙
