Worst Experience starting from Admission, Insurance Approval, Nurse care ,Discharge ,Final Insurance Approval and Billing Section . Bed was not Available as per choice. Poor and lazy Nurse care . No prior information regarding Tests ,Reports to be collected. More than four hours taken after Discharge Instructions from Doctor. Insurance claimed submitted was partiality accepted due unsatisfactory Reply. Even the Billing Section had confused for Insurance Approval. Aprox Rs 10,000 was extra Billed as per Insurance Approval. In brief poor Management and Monitoring.
