Been going here for years. It still feels like a secret place to us because it's in such a nice secluded spot. Great for any kinda desi food. Don't miss their breads(loved the cheddar cheese naan/kulcha). Any gravy item they have is top class, even something simple like dal tadka. More recently we tried dabba gosht and tawa mutton chaap and they were absolutely spectacular. Definitely go during monsoons, they've a nice place to chill outside. Special props to the staff, they're super sweet always.

Took a stop here for a quick lunch in a tight schedule. There are a decent number of options on the menu. We decided to go directly for the main course and ordered rice and D3 special murgh masallam. The chicken was nicely cooked with a good combination of spices. Salad was complimentary, and the Lassi was great, too! There is not much to write about the interiors, although it was air conditioned, a necessary life saver in the Mumbai heat! If you're in the area or even ordering online, you can check this place out!

Very few places in Andheri have that dhaba vibe and this is one of those places. The restaurant is famous for their tandoor food items and everything on the menu is just superb. You could try Murg Kheema Paratha and Chicken Seekh Kebab with Roomali Roti or Laccha Paratha and you won't be disappointed. For desserts, you must try jabeli with rabdi - not too sweet or greasy. It has just the right amount of sweet content. Over all, it was complete value for money. With so much food my bill was just 1.5K. I loved the food and would love to visit again to try the sarson da saag with makkai di roti โค๏ธ
Iโm an old school and rooted person when it comes to food....
Iโm an old school and rooted person when it comes to food. I love my basics more than the fancy frilly food we get these days. Basics never go wrong and never fail in satisfying oneโs palate. Deewano Daa Dhaba stole a piece of my heart the other day. Iโm really surprised why there are so many negative reviews posted here when this place really deserves to be among the best ones for North Indian food. I can say this easily that this place probably serves the best quality of paneer in Mumbai. The place is simple with Ac and non Ac sections. The outside area has the wooden cots for the desi wala feeling while enjoying your meal whereas the inside section is the regular seating. The food we ordered is as follows; 1. Nimbu Pudine ka Sherbat: This is an absolute must try . Itโs super refreshing and the flavours are simply perfect. Do not miss this. 2. Bharwan Tandoori Aloo : The stuffing in these aloos was loads of soft paneer and it was a melt in the mouth kind texture. The marination was good but could have been better. The Tandoori punch was slightly missing here. But still this dish was so good. 3. Corn & Cheese seekh Kebab. Super soft & succulent kebabs. Was mild and yet so flavoursome. 4. Paneer Mussalam: An absolute must try here. U just cannot miss this dish here. Itโs not just the quality of paneer that wonโt my heart but how well they had prepared the gravy to match this quality of paneer is commendable. 5. Dal Makhani. Whatโs a Punjabi meal without this dal !!! Obviously a must try again. No words to describe my experienceโฆ. Simply order it. 6. Tandoori roti and mirchi Dhaniya kulcha. Now the reason Iโm mentioning the breads here is bcos they were the regular breads but what made them super special was the liberal dollop of desi white butter served on top of these. It just made me so nostalgic and the taste of our food enhanced almost ten folds due to this. Itโs a rare treat to find desi makkhan these days and when u get to relish it with a hearty meal like this then I think Nirvana is achieved ๐ 7. Desi Ghee ki Jalebi with Rabdi. Omg is the list of must try not going to stop!!! A definite must try here. Simply wow effect. The flavour of the desi ghee with the thick laccha rabdi is heavenly. Mild Sweet so the guilt is slightly lesser. ๐ While writing this review I have been salivating and craving to go back again to this place as I canโt control my cravings now. So probably my next meal maybe just here today ๐ This sums up my experience I guess. One more thing that I must mention here is the warm and friendly hospitality of The owner, Mr. Siddhesh Chawla and his wonderful staff. They were flawless and courteous.

If you want to try spicy north indian food then this is the place. Located in the interiors of yari road it is quite inside. Food in generally is spicy here. We started with masala papad with green chatni and that's when we realised the food is going to be hot and spicy. The green chat was so spicy that one could smell the fragrance of green chili, it had coconut as well and black pepper. Starters we had Tandoori Chicken Lollipop, Green Chicken Tandoori & Promfret Tawa Fry. All 3 were delicious and perfect with the chatni. Mutton Shorbha was the Nos. 1 dish here. Dal Makhni was 2nd followed by Tandoori Chicken Lollipop. AC section has less tables compared to outside. Decently priced. A bit heavy & spicy but no minus cz north indian food is supposed to be like that.
