This was my first visit to Lakme Salon, and I chose this place trusting the Lakme brand name. However, my experience turned out to be extremely disappointing ❌❌❌❌❌ This was my second makeup experience overall, and even though my first experience (at a different place) was not great, it was still far better than what I experienced here. This one was honestly the worst !!!!!! The hairstyling was not done professionally at all ... I had to guide the stylist step by step on how to do it, which is not something a customer should be doing after paying for a service 🤷‍♀️ The biggest issue, was the makeup. It started becoming patchy almost immediately during the same session, even before I left the salon. This clearly reflects poor technique and lack of expertise, especially considering I was charged ₹3,500 for the service !!! All my concerns were clearly communicated to "Mahi" at the reception, who was managing my booking and coordination. Despite explaining everything in detail, the resolution provided was not satisfactory. When I raised my concerns and asked for a resolution, I was initially told that a refund would be considered. However, later I was informed that it was not possible as per their policies, and instead of addressing the issue properly, I was offered a complementary spa session. This does not make sense ... why would someone want to revisit the same place that already caused such a bad experience? A service failure like this deserves accountability, not a partial workaround. A proper refund would have been a more appropriate resolution !!! Additionally, the complimentary spa session being offered does not address the actual issue. It cannot bring back that special day or the expectations I had from it. This was my convocation day... something I had planned for very carefully, with a lot of excitement and expectations. Unfortunately, it all made me feel miserable on a day that was meant to be memorable for all the right reasons ❌❌❌❌ If you are operating under a well known brand like Lakme, there is a certain level of trust and standard that customers expect. Unfortunately, this salon did not live up to that at all. Using a reputed brand name should come with accountability and consistent service quality ... not the opposite ❌ As a customer, when the service provided does not meet even basic expectations, simply citing policies to deny a refund does not feel justified. Policies should work both ways... not only to protect the business, but also to ensure customers receive the quality of service they are paying for. Do your rules and standards also account for situations where the service delivered is clearly below acceptable quality ????? Many of my friends who saw the final look also pointed out how uneven and disappointing the makeup was, especially for the price charged, and some are also willing to share their feedback as well. If you value your time, money, and how you look for an important occasion, I would strongly suggest thinking twice before choosing this salon. I would not recommend taking a chance here...never ever !!!! Very very poor service and a highly disappointing experience 🤬😤🙌 Honestly, this experience does not even deserve one star. However, since I had to leave a rating in order to share my honest feedback and make others aware, I had no option but to give it one !!!!!!

It was our mother daughter date here at lakme and it went amazing my mom enjoyed her spa haircut and her final look and my experience with cash was very nice staff is veru polite and friendly. Must visit here👍🏻
