Very disappointing experience with . Before booking, they promised everything and agreed to all our requirements. But once the event started, their entire attitude changed. They completely failed to manage the crowd properly, and their team was very unorganized. The biggest issue was the food management. Food quality was very poor, and many dishes were left empty for a long time. Guests had to wait because the food buckets were empty and staff were not refilling them on time. I have photos as proof of this poor service. Even after raising complaints during the event, there was no proper response from the management. On top of that, their staff behavior was rude and unprofessional. They make big promises before booking, but later they back out and do not support you when it actually matters. Would not recommend this banquet for any important event.

This is a good Banquet located within the Boomerang Comercial Building complex. They have an AC and a Terrace Non AC venue in the same place. The banquet is clean and well maintained. Few issues if you book the terrace open air hall is that there is no access via a elevator. So elderly people will find it difficult to climb up and down. There is no attached washroom on the terrace too, the staircase is the only access for the washrooms. Other than that it's a good venue for 100+ crowd with table seating and 200+ with theatre seating. The service and staff a good and helpful. The food here is well prepared too as they have a restaurant right below the banquet. Parking has to be done in the basement as there is no parking at the same level.
